Support for MyJarvisAi is provided by Harvesty. Jarvis is the AI assistant inside the application.
For connection problems, account questions, privacy questions, or application support, email:
Include the email address used with MyJarvisAi, the affected feature or device, and a short description. Do not email passwords, access tokens, or other secret credentials.
A user can disconnect Google Home from the connection settings inside MyJarvisAi. A user can also revoke MyJarvisAi's Google access through the connected-app controls in their Google Account. Revoking access prevents MyJarvisAi from obtaining new Google Home information through that authorization.
If the user reconnects later, Google will show the applicable account, home, device, and permission screens again.
Microphone, SMS, and notification access granted to the public Play build can be reviewed or disabled from Android system settings. The public Play build does not request camera, location, nearby Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth permission. A separately distributed private owner build can request camera, Bluetooth, nearby Wi-Fi, or setup-time location access for its owner-only camera, glasses, and native-device features. Menu names vary by Android version. Disabling a permission prevents the related feature from operating.
Phone messages: remove MyJarvisAi as the selected Android assistant and revoke SMS permissions in Android settings. MyJarvisAi does not request Call Log access. Existing SMS remain in the phone's messaging database unless the user deletes them there.
Notification awareness: open Android's Notification access settings and turn off MyJarvisAi. The user can also deselect individual source applications inside MyJarvisAi. This is separate from the permission that allows MyJarvisAi to show its own alerts.
Use the face controls in MyJarvisAi to forget an enrolled face. This removes that person's locally stored face photograph and the corresponding face-recognition templates stored under the signed-in MyJarvisAi account. Use the Voice ID controls to clear the local Voice ID profile. Erase data from this phone, described below, removes all face photographs and Voice ID templates held in the application's local data on that phone.
In MyJarvisAi: open Settings > Account > Request account & data deletion. This opens this verified support process. To submit the request, email harvesty.team@gmail.com with the subject MyJarvisAi data request.
The verified request covers the user's MyJarvisAi Firebase sign-in account and associated MyJarvisAi account data in active cloud systems, including conversation history, saved memories, people and places, settings and connection records, and synced face-recognition templates. It is processed only after account ownership is verified so another person cannot delete the user's account.
Erase this phone immediately: open Settings > Account > Erase data from this phone and confirm. Android erases the complete MyJarvisAi app-data sandbox on that phone, including settings, local memory, face files, browser sessions, API keys, databases, and cache. This local-only action does not delete the Firebase account or cloud data.
Neither process deletes source SMS from the phone or information retained independently in a user's account with Google, a configured AI provider, websites, smart-home providers, or other connected services. Disconnect, revoke, or use those providers' deletion controls separately.
After verification, we will process the request as required by applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Some limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup rotation.
MyJarvisAi support will not ask for a Google password, device-manufacturer password, one-time verification code, access token, or Android signing credential. Never send those items by email.
