Terms of Service

User accounts and connected services

The user is responsible for their account, devices, networks, and connected-service permissions. A user may connect only accounts, services, homes, and devices they are authorized to access. Connections are optional and may be disconnected or revoked.

Third-party services, including Google Home and device manufacturers, remain governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, eligibility, and technical limitations.

Device information and actions

After the user grants permission, MyJarvisAi may read compatible device information and current state and may perform supported actions the user requests or explicitly automates. The user is responsible for reviewing the homes, devices, capabilities, and permissions they grant.

Security-sensitive actions may require additional confirmation or may be unavailable depending on the provider, device, user settings, and applicable platform rules.

AI responses and user decisions

AI-generated responses, summaries, and inferred context may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Users should verify important information and review consequential actions. MyJarvisAi must not be relied on as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice.

Acceptable use

A user may not use MyJarvisAi to:

• violate law, regulation, or another person's rights;
• invade privacy or access an account, device, home, network, or data without authorization;
• harm or threaten people, animals, property, or systems;
• bypass security, provider protections, or access controls; or
• disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with MyJarvisAi or a connected service except where law expressly permits.

Availability and changes

Features may change, fail, or become unavailable because of device state, network conditions, provider APIs, account permissions, platform restrictions, maintenance, security requirements, or other circumstances. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary.

MyJarvisAi and Harvesty

MyJarvisAi is a standalone Android application and a Harvesty product. A future optional connection to Harvesty is planned but is not active today. No Harvesty account or customer data is connected automatically.

Intellectual property

MyJarvisAi, its software, branding, and original content are owned by Harvesty or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond using MyJarvisAi as provided. Third-party names, services, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, MyJarvisAi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Harvesty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of MyJarvisAi or a connected third-party service.

Ending access

A user may stop using MyJarvisAi, disconnect services, revoke provider access, or request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy and Support page. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, devices, the service, or others, or to comply with law.

Changes and contact
